Dear friends and supporters,

Thank you for being our co-workers by means of prayer and giving.

There is news on a meeting place for the International Baptist Fellowship (IBF). A city councilor called with information concerning a potential place for us to meet. He is the member of an association which owns property close to the subway and seems to have ample room for our meeting needs. A second place is larger and more expensive and is also close to the subway. In the mean time, we are meeting temporarily in our home. We are able to fit between 25 and 30 people in the living area. A bit tight but it works for us. So we have options. Prayers are being answered. Please continue to ask God to help us use His wisdom as we decide which place to meet. I received another call this week from a member of a neighborhood community group. He was concerned that we might leave the city as a result of losing our meeting place. He wants us to stay, feeling we are a valuable asset to the city. Seeking the peace of our city is paying off.

In the meantime, ministry continues on as usual. Important decisions are being made, and young Christians are maturing as is the International Baptist Fellowship. In a few weeks, the IBF will host three International Thanksgiving dinners. We will meet many new friends and renew old friendships. From this dinner, relationships will be built and Bible studies initiated. The Lord willing, eventually some will respond in faith and receive Jesus Christ as their Savior.

It appears we have lost some financial support. One of our anonymous supporters was evidently not able to continue their $300.00 a month giving. We certainly are thankful to them for their years of faithful support. This puts us at a little over minus $1,000.00 a month in our budget. We are able to make up the difference because the IBF helps pay for our hospitality ministry, and we have a boarder who pays rent. It is my goal to eventually share with you our over all financial condition and financial plan for the future, but, for now, there is certainly room for those who would like to join us in ministry by means of financial giving.

We love you,

Bill and Deb
