Dear friends and supporters,

Thank you for being our co-workers by means of prayer and giving.

Today I want to recommend Andy Scott for financial support. Andy is on deputation to become part of the team in Boston. As you know, we are involved in ministering to the world that is in Boston, following human relationships back to other nations. By doing so, we are able to make disciples in places we have never been. Andy is a very important part of this process.

Andy grew up in an American Baptist Church, but while in high school, decided to attend a more conservative Baptist church. He has been a stable spiritual influence in his family.

He is a graduate of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary, graduating from the college in three years and from the seminary M-Div. program in two years.

Andy has served twice in Boston as an intern and has been part of the church as a layman for several years beyond his internships. He ministers in small group Bible studies, as well as in individual evangelistic and discipleship studies. He fills the pulpit on Sunday when I am out of town. His strength is his ability to make complicated theological concepts understandable to young Christians.

We have many young Christians in Boston and across China who, although believers, are theologically uninformed. This is where Andy’s ministry is invaluable. He is desperately needed to help us with the discipleship process.

We have the potential to have a great Spiritual impact on China. Through our many friends in China, a network is forming. By means of online mentoring, we have the potential to help many young believers in China become mature, theologically astute Christians. Only God knows what this may mean for the young church in China. Andy will be instrumental in discipling young Christians in Boston, as well as China. He is a very important part of our team in Boston—we need him.

It is my earnest prayer that you will add Andy to your missions budget. If you have any questions regarding Andy, feel free to call or email me. Andy’s email is andyinboston88@gmail.com.

We love you,

Bill and Deb
