Dear friends and supporters,
Thank you for being our co-workers by means of prayer and giving.
Our Easter services began with a walk up Waitte’s Mountain (the highest point in Malden overlooking the city), where some of us joined in prayer for our city. Afterward, the International Baptist Church (IBC) enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast at the ministry home.
The house was full on Sunday morning with several more joining us by means of GoToMeeting. After the music team led in worshipful music, we studied 1 Corinthians 15—the Confident Christian. As Paul teaches, the Christian is able to be confident in his witness because Truth is on his side.
There were many visitors in attendance Sunday and some meaningful conversations. Please pray that some of those who became new friends will become evangelistic Bible studies, which will produce new Christians.
A friend and his wife from our neighborhood will be joining us for supper a week from Tuesday night. He and his wife are professing Christians without a church home. I have ministered to them in the past, and I am hoping they will become members of the IBC. It would be a break through for our neighborhood if this family joined us.
Opportunities to minister evangelistically to the international academic community continue to increase, but we are yet to engage an immigrant family in a gospel relationship. Please pray!
We desire to join God in rescuing people, all kinds of people.

We love you,
